I had a drivers license issue come up that happened right before I moved out of the country. When I finally moved back state side, I had a mess to contend with. I retained Mr. Collins on the matter and he had it cleared up in less than 30 days. Mr. Collins is the kind of guy who seems to really care for his clients and attacks like a shark when it's required. I'd hire him again for sure!

Misinformed me prior to filing, that I would be able to pay off early. I had a good job months before filing, at the time I filed, I had no job and for several months I only had minimum income. When asked about selling my vehicle and paying off early, was told I had too much income to allow an early payoff. Nearing the end of my 5 years I lost work, notified the attorney and was told that I would have to continue to be responsible for my payment....with no income! I couldn't pay, was offered a partnership in a business if I could do the work, still no income, my case was being dismissed due to failure to pay. The assistants and phone receptionist are very short with you, treat you like a pest. We pay you through the bankruptcy to represent us! You work for the people and treat us like garbage. I was given no options other than paying what I don't have. After I researched my situation online, found that there were a few options that could have helped me. Don't use this firm unless you are filing a ch 7.
