The communication was excellent. My team was super prompt. My accident lawyer was very quick to return my calls and answer the phone. This was my first time having to deal with a lawyer but they made it so easy. Everything happened over the phone and it was as easy as if I had to walk into the office. At first, the settlement offer from insurance was too low. I told my case worker I wasn't happy with that so they went back and doubled it!
