I have heard from parents that Tom Blessing is such a great advocate for parents who have children with special needs. We need all the help we can get. He has a great paralegal that works for him, Jacqueline Gohier, that has first-hand experience and is personally invested in getting parents the help they need.

After Noblesville High School attempted to expel my son who has special needs, I decided to look for an attorney. I was referred to Tom Blessing by another attorney, and knew he was the guy for the job as soon as I talked to him. With Tom's help, Noblesville High School backed off its attempt to expel my son and we were able to update my son's IEP and include important medical diagnoses, that kept getting "misplaced" by the NHS office. I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Blessing for any parent that feels that they are being bullied or walked all over by a school system. Even if you don't feel that you are in the financial position to afford an attorney, I implore you to call MJC and discuss your options. It's worth a phone call. You'll be glad that you did!
