I highly recommend Mario Massillamany and his whole team of associates. This year we hired two lawyers at the firm. Both cases were won. To say they have a strong team is an understatement. They are the top team in Indiana! Don’t think twice about retaining them.

I hired Amy Carson to represent me during my divorce. It’s was a difficult and long process but Amy was very attentive and fought for me/my kids. Amy is extremely respected in her field. During my divorce I had contact with other people within the firm and it was always a good experience. I can’t say enough good things about Amy and everyone I encountered at MJC.

If I could give Mr Thornburg no stars it would be more fitting.This man represented my wife on misdemeanor theft charge.He negotiated a plea for one year sentence,all suspended,over $29 worth of merchandise.At the plea hearing when he was asked to speak in regards to my wife he quickly said she had been involved in a lot of criminal offenses over the last 20 years,this made the judge ask the prosecutor about how many and what all these offenses were.The prosecutor seemed irritated by his ignorance,as she had to explain to the judge that my wife has not had a conviction in over ten years,and only 2 minor offenses in her life.The judge went with the plea,but I have never in my life seen a lawyer make there client look worse in court then Mr Thornburg,I even told him this and he replied "shut up" her sentence is suspended,as we were being led by him to the probation office in the courthouse,we get off the elevator and court assistant's told us probation is to the right,Mr Thornburg said go Left...after we get to end of the hall we quickly realized he didn't even know where probation was,or his left from right.In the end I think he might know where probation office is located,but I still don't think he knows anything about representing anyone in a criminal matter.He should of stayed working as a prosecutor,that seems more fitting for Mr Thornburg.If your looking to beat a case this is not your guy!

If I could give a zero I would. Never seen a lawyer actually add hurtful material towards a client case when given the chance to add anything before the judge accepts the plea. In my case the state made a plea, which was the maximum sentence allowed for said case, and my "Lawyer" David Thornburg added that I had made unsavory decisions in the past, and the judge almost didn't accept the plea. I only have one prior charge on my record. He is no lawyer. Don't waste your time or money!

If you need an attorney of record, JR is your guy. If you actually need something done, look elsewhere. He will take large amounts of your money and sit quietly; literally a mute in court. The opposing counsel wiped the floor with him. He will cower in the face of opposition until you admit defeat. He cost us big on all fronts! The only person that saved our case was the GAL, that WE pushed for. We are very thankful for her. Very poor advocacy!

Latoya is our 3rd attorney in our family case. She is the only attorney who has been successful. She has been victorious in every appearance. She communicates immediately, as no one ever has. Our case is ongoing and she doesn’t have to be reminded of past events, always current. I don’t know where we would have been without her.

Called and emailed several times over a course of a month. Not once would Lauren return my calls or emails.

Mario was the best lawyer anyone could ask for! Explains everything extremely well and when I thought I was getting a great deal he got even a better one! I highly recommend him and this law firm for anything you get yourself into! Thank you so much!
