Finding attorneys who are smart, capable and high speed low drag speed up the efficiencies of the business were trying to conduct. Great attorneys are worth their weight in gold. Let me start by saying this, Dave is an absolute dawg in the court room, his cross examinations, his mentality and his communication with clients is top tier. I did not give Dave much to work with to begin, I violated probation for the 3rd time and I had 4 years over my head. Instead of prison time he got me community corrections time, 3 years of it. & on year #2 we modified to get me off of house arrest and suspend my last 456 days to probation; He got the judge to get me off of house arrest TODAY, and only complete 6 months of probation instead of the 16 months. He is an absolute god send for me and my family. Love him.
