I was looking for an attorney to write up paperwork for my dissolution of marriage and Nicholas Hursh was extremely helpful. He answered all the questions I had and was informative when explaining various scenarios and outcomes.

I hired Nick Hursh to represent me in a Family Law case that was out of the realm of norm. No child should have to go through a court experience siting on the opposite side a parent instead of having them on your side; as a supportive parent should be. Since my situation crossed normal lines; I chose Nick based on his schooling/professional experience and online reviews. My hopes he would match for my needs but quickly those "hopes" have been proven as fact. He drafts his own court paperwork and is extremely detail oriented. He handled the timing of my payments for his fees, in a compassionate understanding way considering that I am a Single Mother and we are all currently in the CONVID-19 Pandemic.

Very knowledgeable guy. I've been working with him over a year now and don't have any complaint other than he can be slow to respond sometimes. I assume that's most lawyers.

Paul has always been helpful and informative regarding any legal needs. Would definitely recommend him. I liked his dry humor and quick witted intelligence. He Made the legal process not as overwhelming.

I was involved in a complicated legal battle for items in my father's estate after his passing. Hiring Mr. Powell to represent my family was the best decision I could have made.
