They refuse to work with you. They issued the settlement check incorrectly, divorce has been over for more then a month! The customer service- has left the building, they are not timely and I’m very disappointed in there business practices.

Everyone I refer to Tim Stucky has only joyful and grateful responses afterwards. Other attorneys seem to respect him when he comes up in conversations. It's a pleasure to continue to refer him to people in need with this type of feedback.

I've been a client of Dougs for over 15yrs. I went through a messy divorce and Doug was there for the whole ride with excellent legal advice! Unfortunately a fews years later i was hurt in a construction accident. Unable to work,Doug was there for me again! With his help i was able to receive disability. I've referred family and friends all thanking me for doing so. Through the years he and his staff were thoughtful, respectfull and prompt. One more thing before i go,he told me what i needed to hear not what i wanted to hear. Thanks Doug!

i had Dougs services as a mediator. He treated me okay at the beginning of session. Later on i was treated like a lower class citizen. He was not interested in what i had to say and informed me that if i could not come to decision on personal property he was walking out! I may not know as much about the law or have his 30 years of experience but i am a human being and i have rights too.
