If you need a lawyer I highly recommend going with Mark Thoma. Two and a half years ago I made a series of pretty stupid mistakes, and the outcome was not looking good for me. Mr. Thoma got me a deal that was unbelievable and better than anything I could have imagined. He truly cares about his clients and does what is best for them. Mr. Thoma helped me get a 2nd chance, and I know he is always trying to help all of his clients
