The office assistants are nice and friendly, known nothing about all the lawyers here but I hired Mark Thoma in 2020, after the conclusion of my case which was March this year. I have been calling and calling, leaving message after message and as of today no call back. Since the first day of hire I've been doomed because he was not worth the hire "NOT ENOUGH PRESSURE APPLIED" I regret wasting my time and money with this firm. If you are looking for full representation from start to finish, alone with the charge reduction this is not the best route. I would have done better getting a lawyer still training in school. So now I only have a few options let me see where they can get me.

Randy Hammond handled our sons case quietly and carefully. Stays very professional, does not let emotions get in the way, does his homework right up til the last day. My son has his entire life ahead of him now thanks to Randy. We are very grateful we hired him to defend our son.

Mark Thoma was amazing with my husband's case 6 years ago. Got him into house arrest with no prison. Also looking into him for my nieces case. Highly recommend him as he goes above and beyond for his clients.

Amazing people who actually care about you!

I have never had a better experience with an attorney than I did with Randy Hammond. None of us enjoy it when we go through a divorce and need to hire an attorney, but Randy could not have been any better. Three things that are extremely important in an attorney is that they are knowledgeable, responsive, and professional and Randy is all 3 perfectly. He is also the perfect balance of calm when he needs to be but intense if he has to be. Also, I never ever felt like I was being billed for something that was not accurate which also gave me great peace of mind. He actually is very respectful of the money you are spending. Would HIGHLY recommend Randy to anyone needing an attorney.....and tell him Dave sent you:)......Oh and last but certainly not least, his assistant Emilie is great also.

Called and was in the middle of describing our need for a visitation agreement, the person who answered the phone was very rude interrupted me midstream told me she’d be right back clicked over while I was still talking. If that’s the way it starts how the heck is it going to end? I hung up the phone and moved on. Person answering the phone should get a few pointers on courtesy to customers.

Randy Hammond is beyond amazing. Very personable.
