If I could give ZERO stars, I would. If you are thinking about hiring this attorney to represent you, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE be aware and do your research. Over $2600 dollars spent on this attorney was a waste of money and time. I feel he tried to get as much as he could for doing as little as possible. All I want as a father is what the law states I'm entitle to as a father, fair visitation and time with my kids. The child custody case is ongoing so I had to hire another attorney that I feel actually cares. However, this is not over with. I had to file a complaint with The Disciplinary Commission due to his unethical practice such as releasing my entire case file to a family member (my mother) without my permission. So much for attorney-client confidentiality. So much more has occurred. The comments about this law office lack of communication was also proven to be true in my case. Please do your research about this attorney before hiring him. Based on my experience with Jon Olinger and staff, hiring him was one of the biggest mistake of my life. He will tell you a certain time frame for when something will be finalized,he told us 30 days and it's been over a year and he hasn't contacted us at.all! He will just tell you what you want to hear, take your money and not do anything! He is a scammer and should go down for fraud!!!!

The office of Jon Olinger took genuine interest and authentic care in my divorce proceedings. As a mother of small children, my primary concern at all times was the welfare and safety of my children. Jon and his assistant Amber rose to the occasion over and over again fighting for best interest of my kids. As a mother, there is no greater testament to caring for one’s client than to fight persistently for what we hold most dearly- our children. I hired Jon a month before my trail, throwing him under the bus and failing to give him enough time to represent myself properly for the trail (Family Court). Even with the deck stacked against us, Jon preformed well above my expectations for the circumstances. He was able to see right the opposing party's lies and deception, and was able to articulate a beautiful counter argument. I highly recommend Jon to all of my friends and family. Jon and Amber were absolutely amazing through my whole divorce and custody process. They were attentive, explained & reassured every detail to me. Even with me in another state they made sure everything was taken care of. Jon is very aggressive in fighting for what is right! Jon has a genuine heart for helping others & that is rare to find these days. You can definitely point him out in a court room. His front desk gal was always attentive and kind as well!
