I have Andrew Thomas and I have the best attorney at law working for me! He has told me he looks forward to looking into my case. I look forward to hearing from him again soon. He seems quite knowledgeable about modifications/abatements. I will continue to update my review as our case goes on. Update: Andrew Thomas Esq. did a phenomenal job. He is a man of integrity. Jared Haller handled my case horribly. Never used anything I gave him to help my case and gave me the worse advice from day one. I'm in a similar situation as I was when he represented me and when I told my new lawyer what he did and didn't do, she was horrified. Please do not use this firm. Especially Jared. Very incompetent and lazy.

If you have any other choice for legal representation, take it. DO NOT come here. I lost custody of my son (after being his sole caregiver for 8 months, he was still breastfeeding, and I used absolutely no drugs, alcohol, or even tobacco and I had a job as a nanny that he went to with me) to his rapist, abusive father because these "lawyers" did the absolute bare minimum to "represent" me. Andrew Thomas and Jared Haller were assigned to me. Andrew never communicated with me when he was in contact with my ex husband's lawyer. It took him over a month to get a form to me. He didn't even attempt to submit some of the things I gave him to use as evidence, nor did he try to find more positive evidence to use for myself (and with me not being experienced with law stuff, I didn't know what kinds of things I could use). There was absolutely no reason I should have lost my son, and I would not have if I'd had proper representation. So before you put your life in these horrible people's hands, please explore all of the other options out there so you don't also end up having the person you love most in the world ripped from your arms.

We have hired Matt on several occasions for very serious issues. Matt was very thorough in his research to find the truth. His diligent work, caring attitude towards us, and knowledge of the law was unsurpassable! He was able to get felony charges dropped through his tireless efforts. We are forever grateful for the countless hours Matt put in to helping clear us of wrong doing. I would hire him in a second if I ever need a lawyer again!!

I have suffered from mental illness for years and because of that, I haven't made the best decisions. Drinking and driving to me in trouble and Matt was able to keep me out of jail by working closly with the prosecutors office. If im ever in trouble agin, I would call Matt.

I know that he put countless hours with advocates and other groups to help fight for my son and myself. With his dedication to the case, his caring character, and his professionalism, I was able to get my son back. I was impressed by the fact that Matt not only prepared himself for me but more importantly, for my son with special needs. I would highly recommend Matt for anyone who is in need of an attorney and anyone who needs an attorney for a loved one with special needs.

Encountered an Issue that he was gladly to take our case and made you feel at ease and could really trust him and count on him to come through for you. He is a straight to the point lawyer and gets down to business. Very Good at what he does and id not afraid to take risk and chances that will better you. I consulted with Mr. Chapel on behalf of my son who made one of the biggest mistakes in his life. He was facing 3 felony counts and a DUI. Through his diligence and knowledge of Indiana law, my son's felony charges were dropped. However, nothing could be done with the DUI charges. My son was very happy with the end result even though he has a DUI on his record. But, he knows that was his fault and will never drink and drive again. Mr. Chapel was kind and understanding throughout this extremely embarrassing time for our family.

Matt Chapel was able to sit with me and honestly tell me what the options were in my case. We talked about many different aspects and in the end I didn't pursue further action but he helped me make informed decisions.

Someone needs to inform the attorneys at 'Indiana Legal Services Inc.,' that it is an extreme violation of the law to violate a client's confidentiality.
