Had a great experience working with Nick on estate matters. He’s a pro and was able to walk me through the process flawlessly.

Communication was sporadic. Billing supposed to be done monthly but had to ask twice to have bills sent and received a bill on 9/7 for 2 months for $2784.42 due on 9/22. Then received a $4039.55 bill on 9/21 for another 2 months due on 10/6. to pay within 2 weeks. That was a $6823.97 bill charged for 4 months of work to pay within a month! Asked repeatedly to have case filed. It was never done. Settlement with insurance company never concluded. Colored photos dropped off not returned. Almost $18,000 for 14 months dealing with them with nothing in return.

I waited two weeks for the first available meeting time. Our virtual meeting time was two hours ago and I still haven't heard from him.

Called made appointment for phone consult, was never called. E-mailed received new date and time, never heard from them.

Took our case, took our retainer, then ghosted us for five months and now tells us what we hired them to do isn’t possible due to statute of limitations. This was conveniently not an issue when they took our $2,500, which was also after statute of limitations. I was taken advantage by contractor and this law firm saw me coming and was happy to take more of my life savings. Shameful! Lives up to the worst stereotypes of attorneys.

I met Kevin Podlaski back in 2010 or 11 Pal football was his son ,, had an issue with a big auto accident Mr. KP help me a whole lot. WON!! Now with the other son with this new situation they help me a lot and they did fix it very good place and very good people
