If I could give ZERO stars, I would. If you are thinking about hiring this attorney to represent you, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE be aware and do your research. Over $2600 dollars spent on this attorney was a waste of money and time. I feel he tried to get as much as he could for doing as little as possible. All I want as a father is what the law states I'm entitle to as a father, fair visitation and time with my kids. The child custody case is ongoing so I had to hire another attorney that I feel actually cares. However, this is not over with. I had to file a complaint with The Disciplinary Commission due to his unethical practice such as releasing my entire case file to a family member (my mother) without my permission. So much for attorney-client confidentiality. So much more has occurred. The comments about this law office lack of communication was also proven to be true in my case. Please do your research about this attorney before hiring him. Based on my experience with Jon Olinger and staff, hiring him was one of the biggest mistake of my life. Non-responsive to any communication (calls, emails, portal messages). Paid my $1000 fee and $187 filing fee up-front for my divorce agreement, yet the divorce was never filed until over a month later. Than drug his feet on completing the terms of the divorce agreement. Took over a week for the signed agreement to be filed with the courts. Now over a month post-divorce, we find out he never filed the proper paperwork to have a child support case to be opened. He doesn't even return the calls of the child support office. I thought I made the right choice due to him being up-front with me and explaining everything to me but I was mistaken. I wished I would have gotten legal assistance elsewhere.

Aaron has been an absolutely amazing attorney. I hired to him to represent me in a case where I was guilty as sin. Initially, I could not bring myself to admit to being guilty of a crime. Aaron told me not what I wanted to hear, but what I needed to, and he explained in great detail why taking a plea would be a much better solution for me than going to a trial. Aaron negotiated the best possible plea for me, and has been extremely helpful in preparation for sentencing. He has answered all my questions, usually within an hour or 2, or at the latest before the end of the day. I would highly recommend his services to anyone!

I had Robert as a lawyer and was completely unsatisfied. We barley communicated. He wanted me to accept a terrible plea deal. My last court appearance I didn’t even know I wasn’t supposed to be there. I never heard from him since my very first court appearance! If it wasn’t for other avenues I would’ve been in a terrible position trusting in him. My case was completely dismissed due to reasons he wasn’t apart of. Yet,he still thinks he deserves to be paid. Although,he did NOTHING! I would’ve been better off fighting it myself and not paying a lawyer. Instead,I fought I myself and STILL have to pay a lawyer. I do not recommend.
