I highly recommended Mr. LEBAMOFF should you need a lawyer here in Northern Indiana. I recently moved to Ft. Wayne from East Coast. I needed to update my will & went to LEBAMOFF Law. Not only was he very kind, but he took the time to explain to me everything I needed to know related to preparing a will. Thankfully I chose the right lawyer because he pointed out many gaffes in my will that my former lawyer made. He patiently explained all details regarding my beneficiary, living will, etc. Mr. LEBAMOFF should be your lawyer if you want a knowledge attorney.

Justin took the time to listen our concerns and questions regarding settlement of our Aunt’s estate. He clearly explained the probate process and provided great advice on how to proceed with her small estate.

No one likes to think about dying, but when my mother suddenly died, I knew it was time for me to have my will and other end-of-life documents drawn up. I am so glad that I chose to work with Justin Lebamoff and his assistant Julie at Lebamoff Law. They took the time to get to know me, asked questions and gave me as much time as I needed to make sure I was satisfied that my wishes would be carried out. I learned so much from this experience like not to put my will in a safety deposit box because it needed to be where my power of attorney could easily access it. I made my decisions that if I would die tomorrow, all would be in place and my loved ones would know exactly what to do and what to expect.
