July, 2024 I want to change my thoughts on what the outcome of my case was with the care Tom Blackburn took in my settlement. I see it in a whole new view and take back what I said by seeing this as only a Tort claim which is less than an actual insurance claim. I do believe I got what was fair and may have made a irrational decision to go on a rant about how unfair it was and instead be greatful for the work Tom put into my case. Thank you Tom Blackburn and I am sorry that my Traumatic Brian Injury makes me make irrational decisions and sometimes the choice words I come up with when I go on a defensive about how I think. Thanks again for your time and help in this complicated case that you diligently took over and helped me get something rather than nothing.

Crook liar after I got 25k I received 10k Chris took the remainder this case took two and a half years first money he took his fees already mediation came he completely con n shut me out of saying anything in what I wanted it was all about him his firm his wife flights traveling n spending other ppl $ so on mediation there was 25k possibly to receive mediation day I was placed on a silent other end I had no say on my settlement last resort they went down to 7k without my knowledge he declined i con me kept me silent because he said no he wants 25k they ended saying they're settling with 4k then he told me on a call he denied 7k now it's 4 so he Chris told me specifically that I would receive my whole 4k his assistant Jenna also said I was waiting for 4 k to be written out in check they took so long I kept calling about the remainder I needed money for my bills one of my cats is sick they lied lied lied n took all of my last 4k gave me a check for 2k and 99$ they claim Chris took another 1,333 and change me 567$ for mediation that I was placed on hold during and he personally promised me the remainder 4 k now with 2 k petty cash n he received the bigger end my cats are suffering hey don't have food or litter I could only pay a couple bills and my car insurance when I repeatedly as for the remainder 4 in being desperate they treated me like a nobody on the street n gave me merely pennies and so he charged me for everything n doesn't care about nobody but himself money n traveling hes not for the ppl i was driving my car unhappy pissed n hurt that he would lie n say Lana your going to receive the last 4 k then turn around and not keep his word so I had plans to get myself together now I can't get my two cars nails clip nothing I can only pay my rent n keep the lights on for us if I have another accident I will never recommend this man this law firm Ever as I was saying I was driving down the street today sad of how they did me so so so wrong things aren't looking up for me not at all I saw Blackburn and Romey on the back of the bus. And my first thought was that's exactly where they're name should be .In The Back Of a Bus why would he charge me for a mediation I was not apart of conversation he truck me by saying give us permission to speak n bargain $ on your behalf n took me to my last dime they don't care about nothing or nobody but themselves and we as a people don't need to be lied to thanks for reading entirely
