Did a great job with my case. Handled it quickly and cleanly. Was very adamant and always readily responsive. Couldn't have done it without the help of Boughter and Sinak. They're definitely fighters. And ya gotta love a good underdog story. So give them a call! They'll get you of the doghouse.

Robert was by our side the whole time during the two years it took to get our case settled. I know we asked a lot of questions but he was never anything but very nice and accommodating. We always felt very comfortable talking to him. Robert made sure we got a fair settlement. We would definitely recommend his law firm.

My husband was in a bad semi truck accident on I-69.  The truck driver side swiped him, totaling his vehicle and leaving him injured and stranded on the side of the road.  The best thing we did was retain Robert Boughter and his team.  They were amazing throughout the process, genuinely cared, and kept us fully informed.  When the insurance tried to low ball us, Mr. Boughter fought for us and told us not to settle.  Thanks to Mr. Boughter we got more money than we ever thought we would.  I would highly recommend Mr. Boughter and his team for anyone seriously injured.

Had some issues with communication, but Kenneth apologized himself and explained the issue was with a former employee. I did eventually get a really good settlement and I feel fully compensated for my losses.

A tow truck crossed three lanes on A major highway wanting to make a left turn, striking in the front quarter panel my car. I was thrown around the car several times came out of my seatbelt as this truck was crashing into the side of my car. I had to be taken out of my car and I was in excruciating pain sustaining multiple major injuries. There was an eyewitness that saw the accident, so liability was not the problem. I would sustain bills, approximately $400,000+ I'm still having surgeries from the accident six years later. The injuries were very expensive, from heart injuries to implants in my heart and my arm. Head injuries liver laceration rib breaks, and hernia of my stomach up into my chest. Even with all these injuries, the first attorneys that I chose seemed to think that I would probably just have to take what the Insurance wanted to give me, and all I ever heard was "Settle". I was very unhappy with my old attorneys, they missed deadlines to file for the case, and I knew that I would lose my case if I didn't do something, at the same time the old attorney that was supposed to be representing me withdrew from the case one month before trial. Not filing any documents to be prepared. That was the beginning of my case, and the rest of my life. After my old attorney withdrew, having done no preparation for the case in four years. I began a search for new attorneys and a new law firm. Hearing a lot of attorneys say well we'll look at your case it'll be about two weeks. But one thing I kept hearing, After making several calls " I kept hearing call; "Boughter and Sinak". So that's exactly what I did!! I called Bought & Sinak. Upon talking with me on the phone, Mr. Boughter, Said that "it would be his pleasure he would be honored to take my case" and fight for me. That's exactly what he did, he was very intelligent, he knew exactly the experts that he would need in the case. He utilized those experts he did a video "a day in my life" video of my life and how my life has changed since the accident and all my permanent injuries. He had a doctor that would review all my injuries and what my needs were for the rest of my life. He even called in a law firm co-counsel from Indianapolis that would be able to be even stronger in litigation. Once everything was pulled together and all of these experts did their reports, there was no question, I would have permanent injury and pain the rest of my life, I was in severe pain most every day and I still face another surgery with my stomach. He presented a full package to the defense who was unwilling to work with my old attorneys dragging out the case. Upon presenting this package of injury and experts reports, the defense settled right away for full limits of their policy, which was $1 million. When Robert Boughter called One morning after he presented his package to the defense, and said they've offered settlement of full limits, I just sat there I couldn't believe I heard him say that. If I had this law firm "Boughter & Sinak" from the beginning, The case would've been over within the first couple years max and I would've had the income I needed. Because I can truly never really work and earn the living that I used to earn. I'm totally disabled with the injuries. And I really appreciate the respectful way that this law firm took care of me it was like I was the only client they had. They were always prompt to do their job, everybody in the office are experts in what they do. You should put a fighter on your side and this is the only law firm that will actually fight for you and not be worried about the power of a defence. Robert Boughter, Has always been very kind and handled my case as though it were his own family. I will be thankful forever for the work he's done for me.
