I want to praise the criminal defense team for their hard work on my case. When I was accused of a crime I did not do and the hard work and dedication they put into my case from the very beginning they treated me with respect and were caring the entire ordeal this case lasted for over a year. A year that put me into a depression, many many nights of little or no sleep they days of missed work. Also the time I spent in jail they work day and night for the truth to come out and constantly reassured they will work as hard as they can they were by my side the entire time and a lot of the time were leading me to where I needed to be. With the final verdict after the trial of NOT GUILTY for this felony I was so wrongly accused of. I give thanks to Maxwell Wiley and Kathie Perry For their hard work for this. Mike Kyle is absolutely the best defense attorney you could hire. I was arrested for an OWI with a BAC greater than 0.15% I reached out to the criminal defense team solely to inquire about a plea deal to reduce my charge to reckless driving. Mike's simple answer was "No, I don't lose cases". I didn't think of a plea deal as a loss, but Mike did; this was a good thing. I decided to hire Mike, and he accepted to take my case. A case that looked like an open and shut case. My case never went to trial because every time we would show up for a pre-trial conference, Mike would pose his position to the prosecutor, who would need to consider Mike's proposal, and the pre-trial conference would be rescheduled. Nine months after my arrest and after four pre-trial conferences Mike was able to make an offer to the prosecutor, and the offer was accepted. One month later the court agreed to dismiss my case. It certainly wasn't a quick process, and at times I thought Mike had put me on the back burner, but that was not the case. Mike always has his client’s best intentions foremost on his mind. If you are in need of a defense attorney, I cannot think of a better firm to choose than the Criminal Defense Team. I cannot speak of the other attorneys in the firm, but if you are lucky enough to have Mike represent your case, you are a very lucky individual.
