Ryan handled 4 cases of mine and was absolutely patient with me on every single one of them when i was very overwhelmed.My first case was a settlement that i received double the amount i was originally expecting. I had 2 criminal cases that i walked away with nothing but the bare minimum. Also he he handled my custody case that was long going for 3 years but in the end he was patient with me and i got exactly what i wanted. He is a very likable and confident lawyer in which helps his clients get the best results for their current situations. I would highly recommend him. Thank you Ryan !!!!

Hard to say why but my issue wasn't resolved in the time frame I assummed. Alternate attorney acted as though they didn't want to properly handle their end which negatively impacted all parties. I felt my attorney could've played a little hard ball on the alternate attorney but bc of the work relationship environment and having to "work with" the other attorney on possible other cases I feel as though my attorney chose business relationships over what was best for me in my case. I respect the work done by my attorney but wasn't impressed with the extension of fees and the process required to obtain all documents, and location of other party. I had to do a good portion of the leg work needed to complete the judgment and was never thanked for this. I should've received the full amount requested but had to take less due to "working with other debt collectors" my debt legally should've taken precedent over other debtors, but this was never the position of my attorney. I am still waiting for the other attorney to sign over the check to the courts for my portion, "per law he has 10 business days of when the judge signed the agreement to do so and based on my experience he will wait until the last day to do this, even though the finances are available more immediately. My attorney was supposed to also fight for my legal fees, and interest incurred according to what's allowed by law and none of that was addressed in agreement. I did receive in my favor a portion of what was owed but I didn't receive the outcome I was in the belief of receiving. When paying $250.00 an hour I expect $250.00 an hour work but do not feel that's what was delivered. I terminated my business relationship with this law office because I will not pay for what I'm not getting and I did not get what I expected when first meeting with this law office. Attorneys at times overload their work palate and clients can suffer bc of this. This might be what happened here. The courts are very much overwhelmed and that definitely played a part in the time frame. This law office communicated well when communication was needed and did complete the task presented to them so for that I give them 3 stars. I was given the rate by your office I did not misspent that. I can post the bill to verify the charges. I did mention the courts failings causing delay in my previous review and was very clear to the attorney my expectations, which I was assured that they would likely be able to accommodate without additional costs. The interest was never addressed more reimbursement for my attorney fees, and I feel my attorney was more concerned with making the other parties accepting of the agreement then fighting to make sure I recovered a more appropriate settlement. My attorney is also a sit in judge for the courts so he did have additional workload aside from his clients. I gave three stars for what your office did accomplish but my review is truthful and fair. I did finalize the matter on my own and saved myself additional unnecessary charges. Thank you for your feed back though. Ryan is a very personable laywer. He is really well versed on the laws and everything involved in the processes of getting a good plea. Even the judge said I got a good deal, highly recommend.

This was a great law firm, he handled everything that I needed him to in a fast but yet orderly fashion and he was a very professional lawyer.
