Willing to defraud the elderly! These people are as low as low gets! Charging an incapacitated individual for alleged charges the person supposedly made while incapacitated. Sick, sick, sick!

Currently sitting on hold... 49 minutes and counting to speak with someone... oh! Someone did pick up at the 32 minute mark because I hit 'make payment' and sure as sh't someone picked up!!! Of course she was of no help so back on hold I go.... minute 50 and counting. Ridiculous.

If I could give zero I would...these people have refused my payment and everything then turn around and garnish me for a bill I called to pay and they refused...I will be going before the judge to get this taken care of

You can sit on hood from 30mins to over an hour. No one will answer the phone.

Unfortunately, I had the displeasure of having to pay a debt through Krisor Law. I never leave reviews, but thought this may be helpful to some. While they are not open to the public, that is their personal choice, so I can only say that that is inconvenient. Especially since they never answer their phones! I was on hold for 20+ minutes each time before they even picked up the phone. I was beyond frustrated! I drove to their office (before I knew it was closed to the public) to make it easier on me, and whoever answered the doorbell was not friendly at all.

They helped me find a way to get my parking ticket paid so thank you for giving me the proper information

Scam

I would give zero stars if I could. I had to call seven times and wait more than an hour on hold hearing the same message repeated on a loop to talk to anybody. This company is a bunch of sleaze bags who make their living collecting money from people who don’t have money. And their managers are worthless. Nobody wants to do their own job at this company

I didn’t know I owed this company money until I received court paperwork stating that I was being taken to small claims court. On the paperwork that I received it stated that I owed a certain amount with additional attorney fees. I had tried contacting the business to see how much is owed along with the initial bill but know one answered so I went to their website and payed the initial amount owed. This business had a month and a half to contact me to tell me how much I still owed and didn't until the court date had passed and I now owe them court fees. The way that all of this was handled is completely unprofessional and it’s embarrassing that the utility company uses this unprofessional business for debt collecting.

Terrible place to work with on payment plans, accidentally miss one payment, no call, or nothing, they wanna garnish wages, bad part is, when you call them, your on hold forever, just to talk to someone who's hateful on the other end
