These are low life bottom feeding attorneys! They work with big banks like Discover and filed lawsuit against a 75 year old lady on Social Security. They are understaffed and take 8-10 minutes to answer the phones and then their collectors and attorneys don't know their @sses from a hole in the ground!

They are a collections agency/so of course they are going to get what's owed to them but I will say that they will work with you and can be patient about payment with communication
