Jason White and his staff were so helpful to me and my sister when we needed to get my mother qualified for Medicaid. They are very professional and knowledgeable about this topic. They certainly made my life easier when I needed to help my mother. If you have need for someone to help you with Medicaid or financial planning, Jason White is the person to contact. My husband and I took over as POAs for his elderly aunt. We had no idea what we needed to do. Thanks to Jason White he navigated us through the ins and outs of elder law. Jason and his staff were very professional and helpful to my mom, sister and me! My Father was moved to a Long Term care facility and we needed to get his affairs in order - their case was very complicated and he made this process amazingly easy for my Mother to go through! Mr. White filed the necessary documentation for my mother's application for Medicaid. He also provided critical advice regarding the process and how to properly manage her finances during the application period.
I found Mr. White to be knowledgeable and professional. He was always prompt in responding to my emailed questions. His assistance was most valuable and his kindness was greatly appreciated.

My wife is in a nursing home. I had been trying to get her on Medicaid for several months but kept getting denied. Jason suggested an appeal. Jason was right there with me during the whole appeal process. He won the appeal and was then stonewalled by the Medicaid people trying to get the final approval. Jason was relentless in cutting through the government ‘Red Tape’ and did get the final approval.
Jason is very professional and kept me informed through the whole process.
I recommend him very highly.
