Do your research when picking legal representation. Not sure about other attorneys at this firm but Dan Klosowski was the attorney working my worker’s compensation and personal injury case. My injury date was June 2nd 2021 till this day I’ve gotten about 3 calls from him. The last call I received was him stating that the defendant didn’t have any insurance and it was basically pointless to continue with the personal injury, However I had to testify in court on behalf of my job for damages to their property and my job won. I haven’t even gotten a call updating me on my workers compensation case. I’ve found new legal representation. When searching for legal representation, Choose wisely .

The lady answering the phone is very vague on all responses. No comfort to make appointment. Example: Me: Hi, I live in Miami are you licensed in FL? Lady: Reply: only Chicago, but he has helped people all over? Me: will. He represent me for the duration or refer me to a different attorney? Lady: he has helped people all over? Me: thanks for you non convincing Confirmation. Lady: your welcome... It is possy the is an excellent attorney but the lady saying that she cannot answer LEGAL questions for the above?
