I contacted ScottD via their website on the issue of H4 EAD delays by USCIS due to which I lost my job. They were very prompt in responding to setup a call with the lawyer to go over my case. He explained every step in the process in case if USCIS is sued along with the timeline. Very professional and trustworthy.

The attorney assigned to my case provided contradictory information. Allowed the case to be closed with no future recourse should my injury worsen or to include medication for ongoing pain. Well my injury worsened and when I reached out to the attorney he stated that with all my education I should have known better. Unfortunately, my background is not law. Would not recommend or use them for any future cases. This attorney was surely not working for the benefit of me or my quality of life.

To start off Mr. Pollock is by far the best Immigration Attorney in all of Chicago and Illinois that speaks Spanish and was perfect for our family.
