My entire case went super smoothly. Makayla was incredibly
nice and helped me so much. I really can't say enough nice things about her. I kept
calling because I've never been in an accident like this before. I apologized
for bothering her but she assured me that she was here for me any time of day.

Although I felt that communication could have been better
