He's on it i highly recommend him.

First time in Jay county court. My charge is misdemeanor owi. The court offered me 3 months house arrest. Mr Henderson told me we would keep the offer in our back pocket but since I had custody of my 3 kids and was at the same job for 20 years he could get me better. To make a long story short I lost my kids! My house! My job of 20 years!! I wouldn't let this guy do my taxes!!

He and his Legal Assistant, are amazing. They both make you feel so welcome and extremely helpful. I would refer them to anyone.

This dude is lazy when it comes to work. The only time I saw anything that seemed like he was doing anything is when he was trying to find a way out of having to do some work. He charges a flat rate yeah that's because he knows as soon as you sign on he's done all the work he's going to do and made his money. His ability to communicate or lack there of is mind boggling. I called him ten times in the span of two weeks and heard nothing back. His receptionist the so called paralegal doesn't know how to take simple notes. I have her my email, phone number, and address on five different occasions and still couldn't figure it out. The advice I always got from him on my case was just be patient, and again that's because he wouldn't have to do anything if you took his advice. Then if the advice doesn't pan out he takes no accountability or form of solution to the problem. If you're looking for a lawyer that keeps in touch with you and is on your side find some one else cause this guy and his firm is a complete joke that has no moral or ethics. He is a joke and an all around bad human being with no concern for anyone but himself.
