Well the good is they do not report on your credit report. The bad is they will sue you for as much as they can get, Regardless of your situation. They have set guidelines and will not drop lower unless you submit documenting proof that u can't afford. Lady on phone is quick and assumes everyone is up to no good. I'm disabled but had been blessed to be able to work full-time and function with medications and i make an decent survivable income before bills. However as soon as I been able to function and hold job they have not gave me a break and coming after me for every medical bill I owed and God knows there's a lot. I'm literally trying to just keep them from garnishing my checks again so I don't get in trouble at my job due to repeatedly garnishments. Wish there was something I could do about this because I feel I will stay poor barely surviving cause these bills are all part of the never-ending story. But they are creditors, just a bit more cocky than others. It's their money and they want it now and it ain't going to be a comfortable payment unless u make a lot or don't have as much bills. Hope this helps someone, not sure who tho but ....

Unfortunately I read several bad reviews on Komyatte & Casbon. However, when I went up there, they were very respectful and understanding. Instead of putting my daughters medical bill on my credit report, they allowed me to make payments until it is fully paid off. Thank you again for treating me with respect and understanding my situation.

Next time you call someone you should leave a little more information then who you are trying to reach and a number to call back at. If I hadn't Googled the number I would've figured it to be another scam or dealership and not have called back. And due to the fact that I work a 7 to 5 Monday thru Friday job, I would expect you to accept payment from my wife especially for a $25 bill.

They are very rude on the phone and were not understanding that my mother was not able to communicate with them. The lady on the line “I don’t know who you are...” I explained to her, but she was not having it.

Absolutely hateful people. Extremely rude and treat you like you are complete dirt to them. There is a special place in hell for people that act like they do.

For almost one year I've been having my checks garnished...My balance has been paid off,yet these idiots still are collecting 25% of my checks.Why is that?Hmm,the answer I received was"someone will look into this and call you back".Three weeks later,no call and still being garnished!Reimbursement of the EXTRA HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS they had NO RIGHT GARNISHING?This is a HORRIBLE place,shame on them for stealing!That's exactly what they are doing"stealing".Low life thieves,with degrees.Stealing from people who obviously have had financial issues!
