Inquired about legal advice on what to do about an accident involving my son, didnt even ask them to take my case. Gave false hope of an appointment only to say they wouldn't take the case which was not even the intention of me wanting a consultation. Dont say consultations are free if you're not going to go about still giving them regardless.
