Just had a quick consultation with Mr. Padove. My biggest problem is that people never seem to hear me. After expressing my needs and concerns, he advised me that, he might not be the best solution for my needs and directed me elsewhere. Recently I needed legal advice. Burton Padove had assisted me earlier, so I called on him. He took time out of his day to not only return my call, but to refer me to another attorney who would have the information that I needed. Then, he called me the next day to check and see if everything was going all right. Who does that? Someone who cares. That's who!!! I cannot say enough good things about Burton Padove. He is amazing.

Mr. Padove is highly knowledgeable and effective as legal counsel. More importantly, he is extremely ethical, very realistic, and does not waste time when he has a chance to act. He has also saved me thousands of dollars in legal fees by making sure we do got go to court for long shots. He could have easily gone to court at least 5 separate times for issues knowing it would be a waste of time and collect legal fees, but chose not to, and advised me counsel in the best manner. 5 Stars!!!

He charges $1800 for a case that he poorly prepare and never completed. He charges miscellaneous items on the invoice with very generic details — a waste of time and money.

I hired Attorney Mark Bates to file petitions for expungement in my case under Indiana's new expungement law. Although the law is complex, Mr. Bates accurately and timely prepared all motions for the trial court and appellate court to review. All my motions/petitions for expungement were granted thanks to Attorney Mark Bates. I would definitely hire him again anytime for matters related to expungements and criminal law/appeals. He did a great job for me.
