Ken was awesome! He explained all of my options to me and really helped me understand what issues my debt was causing. He really cares about his clients and I will for sure be going to him in the future with my legal needs! Full disclosure, I knew Ken as a friend and a musician before I knew his prowess as a lawyer.
That said, I have had several matters which require a legal touch.
I every case Ken and his staff have solved my issues
Every time I visit the office his staff is helpful and friendly.
You'd be hard pressed to find better help for any legal issue.

Simply Amazing and Wonderful People!!
I worked primarily with Attorney Tyler Van Kuiken out the Michigan City office, but also worked with various members of the Fugate Team via e-mail. Everyone was quick to respond to questions and concerns.
Everything was made quick, easy, and painless during the entire process.
Hopefully I never have to go through a bankruptcy again, but in the event I do, I definitely know where to turn to and who to recommend if anyone ever asks me for advice in the matter.

This was my first (hopefully last) time I ever had to file a bankruptcy. I was nervous but the whole staff was extremely nice and made me feel at ease. The whole process from start to finish was thoroughly explained and all of the questions I had were answered. I would recommended to anyone.

The worst moment of my was to realize I had to file bankruptcy to keep my home, over something that was beyond my control. 2 days before a sheriff sale, and I was able to file. From the first call, to the receptionist helping me get my paperwork together, Sarah going through all of my forms, and Mr. Fugage calling at the end of the Night was the cherry on top.
