Beyond her vast substantive knowledge, she is on the cutting edge of case and litigation strategy in one of the toughest areas of litigation. I love bouncing ideas around with her. I was facing a crisis when I reached out to Lipinski Law. My employment was terminated after my employer wrongfully accused me of committing and reported it to law enforcement, which led to me being arrested and charged with a crime for the first time in my life. I had trouble finding employment thereafter due to being terminated and having a pending criminal charge, however Mr. Lipinski was able to get the criminal case dismissed and expunged. I’m thankful that Mr. Lipinski helped me recover and prevented this from ruining my life. I highly recommend Lipinski Law.
