He was very professional and responsive to my concerns, accommodating me with just a day's notice. Despite having other appointments, he rearranged his schedule to assist me and was punctual for our meeting. Peter Kenny was very professional. He was very knowledgeable and knows adoption law very thoroughly. We adopted two kids in the last year, one through foster-care with DCS and one private international adoption. Our family is very pleased with his legal services and we highly recommend him!

Peter helped walk us through the adoption process of my daughter's. I followed his direction and really it was a seamless process. He responded in a timely manner to us. The process took time, it wasn't an overnight matter. He explained our next steps and directed me to the people I needed to get with to get all the paperwork and background checks in order. We were so prepared for court that it only took about 10 minutes. Now granted, the girls birth father signed off on his end so there was no fight there.

Elliott is phenomenal. The words of this review could never express the gratitude and appreciation I have for him. Sadly, I have needed his services in the first place, but I’m glad it’s him who represents me in any medicolegal issue. First of all, he’s just a great human being, full of genuine care and concern. He is well respected by the Indiana PLA, and has an excellent relationship with them, as well as the Indiana State Medical Association. after consultation I paid $500 to start the adoption process for my teenage foster daughter. I got no responses after that until I requested a refund after multiple attempts to contact him. he assured me things were moving along. 2 months later I have no paperwork, no communication and no refunded money. our case has gotten nowhere and I'm out $500 that should have gone to establishing her forever home.

Scam artist at its finest !! Didn’t even put the right name on my paperwork and took almost a month to get one hour of drafting done. Didnt even remember ANY details so he was filling everything out wrong. NEVER communicated unless it was about money .

Unfortunately can't give a no star rating. We love children dearly, fostered a total of 12 children in the time we were licensed. Even had children ask if we were going to adopt them. But since DCS didn't like us, and Mr Kenny didn't help us our license was denied. There is always a need for Foster families, Unfortunately we are not allowed to have have our home open anymore. We also wanted to adopt but they didn't like us, so no help. Pretty sad for children stuck in Foster care or who have aged out of the system. Be very knowledgeable about who you hire to represent you.

I wouldn’t even give this man a one star. He never responds to the adoptive parents. Never filed proper paperwork. And refuses to send us any proof of paperwork he’s done. This man is very unprofessional and doesn’t care about the hearts of the family he is hurting by not explaining proper things.
