I have used Mr. Kenny for 2 adoptions in 45 days. My first adoption, he came in the middle of the process due to some issues with my previous attorney. I didn't have any issues with the process. He has a very calming spirit that is needed when families are going through process and stressed.

Do not hire this man. We have disputed billing concerns such as double billing, charging for emails read but not responded to, travel fees that were not in our fee agreement, didn’t update us as things progressed, didn’t file or ask for things we demanded to be done, sent me a subpoena the night before a deposition, never read any evidence sent over prior to deposition, wasn’t prepared for deposition yet charged us 8 HOURS for preparation etc. now he wants to withdraw the day before the next status conference to set trial in the step parent adoption! I’m sorry but we are not paying someone to not fulfill their fiduciary duties and fraudulently bolster our bill when not much work was done. Then we were charged $50 for an updated bill that reflected a ZERO BALANCE. Too many times of promised calls to ya and no calls were done. So many excuses. Too many cases. After we sent all of our evidence over he said it wasn’t relevant. We will be filing a complaint. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!
