This guy is a crook I explained very clearly what we needed and expected he said he had recently had a client with the same situation and got him out he took our money never answered texts or call two months later said he did some bogus filings and trumped the charges to keep the money I told him he was fired he contacted probation after the fact which he lied and said he had already done but this move combatted all the work of the new and competent attorney. This guy is smug and a real piece of work I’m suing him and filing every grievance I can against him and complaint as well!

What a joke of an attorney. Will beat you out of your money. Pulls up in his Porsche waiving out the window to prosecutors while telling his client he has this case beat to them turn around and tell me no way to beat it after judge scolds me for not accepting states offer. On same case, civil forfeiture side, gets 1/3 of money involved back 8 months prior while whole time telling me he will check into what outcome was. Get on mycase to see he indeed got money back and kept it. Won’t return a call or email now. Definition of crooked lawyer. DO NOT HIRE this clown 🤡

I used Brett Osborne. He did 80% of the job. I'm still waiting after 11 months for him to complete all tasks. I'm supposed up get a refund from someone and he still hasn't gotten it for me. I keep contacting him and he keeps saying he'll look into it and never contacts me back. I believe he has his full payment so he doesn't care anymore. At this point i believe it's a list cause. I always had to keep contacting him also and he never did what he said he would do by the date he gave me.
