This Attorney is a plea deal attorney, I paid $1,500 take on my case, He promised that this would be a easy Case! All I've gotten is a deposition, a plea deal, and his no show Today in court! If you're looking for Good Attorney in Indianapolis to stand by your side he's not that guy. He abandoned me today because I wouldn't sign a plea!! The sad thing he told the judge last court hearing if I didn't sign the plea he would not show up in court today! I asked for my $1,500 back he said my 1500 went towards a deposition, I could have filed my own deposition for about $100! This is freedom of speech, he's not a good Attorney. He forgets he works for you! IF YOU PROVIDE AN ACTIVE DRIVERS LICENSE WHEN A COP ASK YOU TO, BUT THEN HE SAY STEP OUT THE VEHICLE, BUT YOU REPLY "WHAT'S YOU'RE PROBABLE CAUSE? THEN THE COP STATES TO MAKE SURE YOU DON'T HAVE A GUN IN THE VEHICLE, NOW TO REMIND YOU THAT YOU HAVE A ACTIVE LICENSE THAT'S NEVER BEEN RAN ONCE HE GOT THE LICENSES IN HIS HANDS. BECAUSE I REFUSE TO GET OUT THE VEHICLE YOU SAY, "I AM NOW BEING ARRESTED FOR RECKLESS DRIVING.. BUT WHEN I ASKED THE COP REPEATEDLY OVER AND OVER.. WHY IS IT THAT YOU WANT ME OUT THE VEHICLE AND YOU REPLY TO MAKE SURE YOU DON'T HAVE A GUN IN THE VEHICLE, NOW I'M BEING FALSELY ARRESTED FOR RECKLESS DRIVING, WHY BECAUSE YOU COULDN'T GET ME OUT THE VEHICLE, SO YOU FIND PROBABLE CAUSE TO REMOVE ME FROM MY VEHICLE! WHICH SHOULD BE A CLOSE CASE RIGHT THERE?!! YOU'RE AN ATTORNEY YOU KNOW THIS. LOOK PEOPLE THAT DON'T UNDERSTAND THE SYSTEM ATTORNEYS GO THROUGH SOMETHING CALLED 2 FOR 1, MEANING Y'ALL LET 2 GO..
