Won my hearing biggest complaint when I call of course have to leave a message and hope the case manager will call you back concerning any questions!! And would have to call her back again!! This happened before and after the hearing!!! After a few times of that it gets old.

If you need help - Call Them. They are very upfront about if you have a potential case.They explain the time it takes to go through the process and how patient you must be.They let you know costs involved and give you a realistic view on what will happen at the beginning and then all the way to the end. Once my time came, my attorney Ms Marks was very professional. At first I thought everyone was a little cool because it was an emotional time for me, but I realized they needed to keep that step back to give me their best. (And they did give me their best) There really is only one suggestion that I could make and that is better call back response time after a client calls.

I first tried to work with a different office. They were rude, unprofessional, and seemed as though they hated their job. I fired them and contacted Hankey law office. The next day a gentleman named Jacob actually came to my home since I'm homebound and discussed everything in extreme detail, he was compassionate, and very kind. Anna was my case manager. She didn't mind me calling anytime, answered all my questions, even called me for updates! Courtney was my attorney and she was wonderful. She fought hard for my case in court and was very sufficient. Today I found out she won my case! I am beyond blessed. My friend referred me to Hankey because her and around 4 others said promising things about them. Boy, did it pay off. Thank you for everyone who helped me win my case and i am forever grateful!

No still nothing on my case

I was denied for benefits. A friend recommended this group to file my reconsideration claim. Found out I was approved and received back pay. From the first day walking in the office the staff has been polite and respectful to my needs. I will Be forever greatful. If you want an attorney to fight for you call them thank you to Stacy and Whitney who personally handle my questions and concerns

File for disability back on 2017 due to a debilitating nuerlogical problem. Hankey law firm was able to get me my disability hearing date ut at the same time this law firm decided to drop me with no reason stated. After calling in they informed they dropped be because I wasnt continuing after care treatment. Well it's kinda hard to go when you cant get state insurance or afford insurance. So they felt compelled to release me. Now I am struggling to find a lawyer by August 22 for my up an coming hearing that they claim they do not know about. Do not use this law firm for nothing they will screw you over for sure I guarantee it. Use any other law firm.than this waste of a space of a law firm.... TV show puppets is what they are that's where i found them about 4a.m. one.day. if I could give them a 0 star rating I would
