If you are unfamiliar with applying for SSI/SSDI it can be a long and lengthy process. I was represented by Hankey Law Office and they were so helpful throughout the whole process! The person is who helped me with my case was Dyneil, who is a case administrator for them. She was very helpful from start to finish. If there was anything she thought I needed to know she would give me all of that information. Any time I called her with questions she always responded in a timely manner which made things much easier for me. Hankey Law Office prepares you for things you may encounter along your journey. For example they provided me with a video of how a hearing could go for my case that way I was not nervous when the day came. They also provided me with a list of questions that the judge could possibly ask to help me gather information I needed and to help my questioning go as smoothly as possible. When it came closer to my hearing day i was able to sit down with Mr. Hankey. We went back over all the information the office had gathered and added anything we needed to. Mr. Hankey is a laid back guy but is serious about getting you what you deserve. He accompanied me on the day of my hearing as well. He was on time and again took the time to go over any last minute details. During the hearing he asked very beneficial questions that I believe helped strengthen my case and get me approved for benefits. Overall, they made me feel comfortable, were very helpful, and met all of my needs! If myself, friends, or family need help in the future I will be recommending Hankey Law Office!

I had been denied my Social Security the first time about 12 years ago. I gave up, I didn't file an appeal. I did everything I could to work and help with our expenses, to no avail. About 3 years ago I felt forced to try to file again, even encouraged by my Dr. Again, I was denied. But this time I didn't give up. I needed the help and I believed by law I should have it. So I called Hankey Law. I was skeptical at first and my husband was even more so. The wait for a hearing is beyond crazy and there is very little anyone can do to speed it up. During the wait the Hankey team was there to help with my anxiety and impatient fears. They continued to keep my medical information current. We finally went to court, twice. The Hankey Team was there all the way to the end and then some. We won!!! I couldn't just thank 1 or 2 people at Hanky they really are a team. We used to snicker when Mr. Hanky said in those commercials "We hope you never need us, but if do we're here when need us". I'm not sure that's the exact quote but it's 100% true. I'm very grateful they were there when I needed them the most ..
