Funny. This is the firm that took Micheal Barnett case. Whatt a freak job this Barnett and his wife are. Stay farrrr away from this law group. Desperate attorneys

I had Scott. Paid $1500 for retainer and wasn’t able to speak to him to discuss my case until months later. Pretty easy case even had a video of the whole situation (that he never watched) verifying my case and Scott thought the best resolution was to agree to a diversion after I told him that I wanted to take it to trail and refuse to a plea considering I’m innocent. He then tells the judge that I want to take the diversion and cancels me as a client stating he’s upset that I didn’t take the diversion and he has other clients in Bloomington. He tells me to pay $2000 Friday (today) for trail but sends a message last night stating that since I’m a single mother he doubts that I can pay and has told the judge he’s off my case? Terrible attorney I do not recommend especially if your a woman.

TERRIBLE LAW FIRM !! They never speak with you but send you a letter in mail. Hold plea deals hostage until you pay them. They told me my kids food doesn’t matter only their does. Terrance Kinard gives false hope & barely fights a case for you & then turns around after not speaking to you until a month later after your case, demands money to overcharge you for services that aren’t even close to finish & WILL NOT DO ANYTHING YOU TELL HIM. I wish I could give negative stars.

This firm represents money over ethics. Do your research on Terrence representing Michael Barnett. That’s all you need to know.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Terrible lawyer. Terrance would likely defend terrorists and serial murderers and paint them as upstanding members of the community. He has no interest in the truth or justice, only protecting whoever pays him the most.
