I was connected to HKM Employment Attorney Benjamin C. Ellis by a friend when I was under investigation by my employer for theft, which I am innocent of. Ben helped to guide me throughout this time, let me know my rights, and was honest about his ability to achieve the desired outcome, meaning I did not spend money unnecessarily. I have since found new employment and I am very appreciative of his guidance.

I called HKM after I received what I thought was bad advice from another firm. I was correct and Attorney Ben Ellis instructed me on how to go about holding my employer accountable. While the end result of my case has not yet been determined, I’m confident I received good advice on how to proceed.

Extremely satisfied with the experience at HKM Employment attorney. The website helped me book a slot which was very easy, organized and there was no delay in getting a slot.
