Working with Philip Hayes was a great experience. My 17 y/o son was fined for excessive speeding going 80/55 traveling to Johnson County. Philip was able to get him a deferral which helped him avoid points on his license and an increase in car insurance. As a male teen driver, this could have caused a major hardship. We are thankful for this result.
