When my accident first happen, the other individuals insurance company wasn’t taking anything seriously, and showed zero concern for me. After contacting Ken Nunn Law Office, they immediately took over, and showed the insurance company that this was a serious situation. Throughout the entire process, I was informed on a VERY regular basis about what was going on. I felt comfortable, and informed, every step of the way. Everything was handled professionally, quickly, and in a way that I was extremely happy with. I would HIGHLY recommend using Ken Nunn for any case that you need help with, when the insurance company doesn’t take you seriously. I won’t get too deep as my case is still active. But I was rear ended at a high speed. The accident sent me to the emergency room in Indianapolis. I wasn’t responsive to questions I was being asked. I had a concussion/whiplash for weeks. PTSD, etc. I ended up having problems with my knee after the accident and later Xrays and MRI’s determined I had completely torn my ACL and my meniscus. Also had swelling in my right wrist for a month or so. Nevertheless I agreed to terms with the first lawyer I spoke with when I decided to take the actions I have taken. With me never being in a situation like this before I was clueless as to how the process went. The lawyer I had prior to Kenn Nunn, was often rude to me when I had concerns, continuing to tell me I didn’t understand and don’t know what I’m talking about. His settlement guesses were lower than what I wanted to get to, and 5-6 months with him being my lawyer, nothing had happened. I had my surgery, was on the back end of recovery and nothing had happened. No actions had been taken. Then I contacted Kenn Nunn. This man was very respectful. I called the office the morning of, and received a call from Mr. Nunn just an hour or two later. He spoke with me about his profession and made me feel confident and comfortable in my case. Everything he was telling me had me smiling and seeing light at the end of the tunnel. I don’t want to get much deeper because my case is currently active but the numbers and other things Kenn and I spoke about were professional and very impressive. With that being said I highly recommend you atleast give the Nunn Law Office a phone call!
