I highly recommend this law firm for any malpractice / wrongful death needs. They were respectful and professional. They worked tirelessly and diligently to help us resolve the death of our loved one. They never once made us feel that this was just a dollar amount to win for them- they fought for our case up until the final day. The communication skills from the attorneys to the support staff is impeccable and support staff went above and beyond on our behalf. We used Cohen & Malad for the adoption of my daughter and couldn't be more pleased. The case itself was pretty straightforward but there were a few speedbumps along the way that they worked out for us flawlessly. We couldn't be happier with their representation. Tara Cragen, our lawyer, was phenomenal with great communication. She walked us through the whole process very smoothly. Would highly recommend for family law. Her assistant Tonya Brock also went way above and beyond for us. Tonya was also fast to respond and give updates on everything. Had a small issue after the case was closed that came up that they helped put to bed. Again great communication and effort on their part. You’re better off not contacting them at all. As a victim, I felt like I was being prosecuted, and the lady had the I don’t care if you live or die attitude. Absolutely inhumane.
