Cohen & Malad recently represented me in a personal injury case following an auto accident and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone facing similar circumstances. From the start it was easy to see that my attorney Jeff Hammond cares about his clients. He did a great job of explaining the process, next steps, timelines etc. It was clear that he wanted to make sure we reached a fair resolution. I will be honest and say there were some frustrations along the way but I am sure this is true of any personal injury case. The fact that Jeff and his team properly addressed each of the issues and went above and beyond to make things right is ultimately what mattered most to me. While Jeff certainly made himself available when needed I predominantly dealt with his paralegals throughout the process. I have to say that the efforts of one specifically stood out. Amanda B. was extremely helpful and I couldn’t be happier with the service she provided. She was polite, professional and did her best to make things easier on me. She did a fantastic job of communicating with all the necessary parties and tying up all the loose ends with doctors, hospitals and insurance companies. Even after my case was settled she was still just as responsive and helpful when needed. She is an excellent representative of the firm.
