I hope Betz has gotten better at litigation since he took my case in 1988, I had one judge that was willing to award me what was being ask. That judge got sick once Kevin found out who the new judge that was assigned he backed out and refused to come to court with me.

I am currently looking for an attorney for a complex case. I had an excellent case evaluation with Betz + Blevins. Although I sent a fair amount of documentation upfront, the attorney I spoke with reviewed the material I sent and had a strong understanding of it. This matter is complex, but the attorney I spoke with was a great listener and understood the subject material. As one reviewer notes, there is a consultation fee. If you want an attorney to review documents and research your case, they will charge a fee. I had several consultations regarding this matter, and all of them charged a fee. Betz + Blevins's fee for a 1.5-hour consultation is more than fair.

I highly recommend going through Cohen and malad if you need a good lawyer. I had a case with Greg Laker as my lawyer and he worked very hard to help me out. Not only that, but he really cared to get to know me and get the best out of the case that he could . His paralegal, Amanda, worked very hard as well. She was there for any questions I had or any documents that I needed submitted. If you are looking for a good team to fight your case, I highly recommend them!

Justin Kuhn and David (Did you order the code red?) Cutshaw were fantastic lawyers who served my needs completely. I would recommend them to anyone who has to go up against the US Government.
