Bradley Keffer is by far the most unresponsive attorney I've ever dealt with. Perfectly friendly if you can, as a client, ever get through to him. Won't answer calls - you have to text, email call, send letters... eventually he will schedule a call. But he always cancels and post-pones. Last time, he postponed 3 times then never called at the last appointed time. Good luck if you have a time-sensitive matter. He also promised to send a written statement outlining the initial information he gave me and never wrote or sent it. I asked him about it a month later and he vaguely blamed someone else and said he'd write up and sent the letter right away, which he never did.

JP Roman Lagunas was recommended by another top-notch attorney. I am totally happy with the results of my case. Life happens especially if you live in a HOA. Or at least mine. JP (and team) was highly responsive. I reviewed the facts, asked for help and within three days I saw the results. I only had to go to my first court appearance. And that was only because I didn’t see JP’s email. Mr. Roman Lagunas took the panic out of a very stressful situation.
