First impression was very professional, compassionate, understanding and relatable. Monica took the time to listen, research, and thoroughly explain the process of the service we were inquiring about.

Although my son had seeked Counsel with a different lawyer I was recommended to Denise Turner and her Legal Aide Monica for free consultation by 2 previously satisfied clients because my sons current counsel is very unprofessional and hasn’t made me feel comfortable with his efforts. I called the office to get information about my daughter's case. The phone was answered by Monica a true blessing. She put me on a very short hold to get the file. She then respectfully informed me that they no longer represented my daughter. Then she happily shared with me the I formation needed from the file and the website I need to use to find the informationon my own. She thanked me for calling and said to call back if I needed anything! I have never called a law firm and be greeted with such respect! I also had an answer on the 1st call instead of the usual leave a message a wait! Monica was 100% amazing!
