I feel like he needs to communicate better with his clients. He seems overloaded with work unless he just doesn't care. I don't know what the true issue is with him. Not happy with the services that we received and I can't ever even get a hold of anyone in that office to pay off our bill. Plus, why isn't there a website? It would be easier to make a payment through a website; since nobody ever wants to answer the phone, return a phone call, or communicate through this office. Very frustrating!!! Lesson learned.....always do your research.
