This team was very diligent in swift response to my initial call and after referring me to one call to Social Security for some info to file, i made a 2nd call to Hensley and Reuben and Jonathon were detailed, patient and walked me right through the link upon emailing it to me. This was an extremely simple process, I give my strongest recommendation to any who can use the services they provide!!!

The insurance company of the guy who ran a stop light and hit me made an initial offer so low that it barely covered my ER cost and did nothing for the physical therapy I needed. Rudy from HLG was able to get them to increase their offer to not only cover my medical debt, but also a little extra to help make things easier for me.
