They’ve made this experience very easy for me. They are very responsive and helpful. I never had an issue getting in touch with my lawyer, Spencer, or his assistant Kaitlyn. To have had to go through this hard time, they helped me every step of the way. They did what they hired to do plus more. I was never pressured to do anything i didn’t want to do. Reliable communications very important. By this I mean HLG always provides updates on a routine basis without the client initiating an inquiry. When providing information to HLG, the representative answered directly or returned my call the same day typically within 2 hours. At no time did I ever feel that the representative was not knowledgeable of my case. Step by step guidance of expectations and processes. I am not sure who is at the helm of HLG, their team is a team that works for you. Well orchestrated, professional and always with a pleasant voice. The more transparent you are as a client the better they can serve you. To recommend HLG...your loss if you choose otherwise. Enough said. DLJ
