My experience with Hensley Legal Group was very quick. Days after the interview process, I was awarded disability. I even received a back payment check prior to receiving the actual monthly disability payments.

Hensley legal group was fantastic with my case. They did everything quick (let's throw 3 major holidays in there also) to get my case resolved. Very helpful and always kept me up to date on the process. I highly recommend them. They even came to me, about an hour away, with no issues.

This was a very long case and they worked diligently to completion. I would definitely recommend Hensley Legal.

I contacted Hensley following an accident when my step-daughter was hit by a delivery truck. Her severe injuries meant she would be spending the rest of her life in a Skilled Nursing Facility. I wanted to be sure she would be properly taken care of , as she was only 42 and had a long life ahead of her. They were very thorough and professional and were able to make a case so strong that it was settled out of court, and now we know she can have the best life possible. Our lawyer and her staff went out of their way to make this process as easy as possible for everyone involved, and they were all so kind and caring, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. We will be forever grateful for everything they did to ensure a great outcome for her.

I hired this incompetent law group after my accident in 2015. I was given a case manager and an attorney in their group. They sent an investigator to my house. He asked all the normal questions. The accident that I was in was the other persons fault. The police report states that fact. The other persons insurance company also admits it. After a year with hardly any communication with the Hensley law group, I had to fire them. They never returned phone calls or e mails. They didn't talk to me for at least 3 months. When they did contact me I was informed the case manager and my attorney no longer worked there. I was given another attorney John Hensley. I was told that he would contact me. He never did. I was sent a letter a couple weeks after John Hensley was assigned to me. It stated that I was given another attorney and case manager. When they finally got with me they had already talked about a settlement with the other party without consulting me. During all this time I never met one attorney or case manager in person. This law firm are only ambulances chasers. They promise to work for the client but only work for themselves. They say that they will only collect their money if the client does. They done nothing for me. They drag it out purposely then say they have to file in court. That gives them more money. They charge a higher percentage if they file it in court. After I fired them John Hensley called me and was very rude because I wouldn't keep them on the case. Out of revenge or spite John Hensley filed a lien on my lawsuit with the other parties insurance company. They claim I owe them. I plan on turning them into the BBB and the bar association. They broke their contract in so many way especially by trying to collect from me when they didn't collect. John Hensley is a rude man and their law firm is a joke.
