When I first contacted them I was interviewed via telephone. They sent paperwork for me to complete. These papers included everything needed up to and including a request for administrative appeal. I was told what to expect at every stage of the process. From first contacting the Hensley group until I was approved by the state for disability was 14 months! I did not have to file or wait on a court appeal My case manager was Jaylen Withem. She is outstanding! she took her time with me and never failed to answer any questions or address any concerns I had throughout the process.

Kara answered our questions. Responded by email as needed. Not sure what went on behind the scenes. But I was approved for Disability so we got the desired results.
